Dev Nova is our project management platform where we will keep all communications, requests, documentation, etc. This will be our primary place for communications.

The service desk is where you will manage and track progress on all your requests.

Have a question or need help with something? Create a ticket and share what you need help with. Include as much detail as is needed.

Coaching sessions

We usually host 1 on 1 sessions with Google Meet, but don't worry we can also use Zoom, Teams, or just a phone call.

Our goal is to help you have the confidence to outperform most people and stand out to clients.

That means being organized and informed. The primary thing clients are looking for is not a flashy show of skill and being able to solve complex algorithms on a white board, its someone they can be confident will get the work done, period.

Service desk & tickets

The service desk is where you will manage and track progress on all your requests.

Have a question, prepping for a discovery or scoping meeting? Create a ticket and share what you need help with. Include as much detail as is needed.

For example,

  • Review sales pipeline, identify bottlenecks
  • Recommend and implement internal tools (i.e., AI meeting notes, project management, internal documentation)
  • Help with project organization and management
  • Guidance on project pricing and timeline estimates

Execution

We'll review the request and jump right in.

Many of these requests will include follow ups and access to additional info which will can all be uploaded in request ticket.

As we work together, we will start documenting what we learn about your company and process and keep updating it as we go. They will act as blueprints and maps that you can use on future projects.

When ready, create a new ticket with as much detail as needed. Share Figma links, scope documents, and videos, whatever you feel will be helpful.

Next, we will start a new scope document and schedule a discovery meeting with you.

Discovery

If the project is for your company, we will want to talk to the key stakeholders that will be driving the direction. This can be a group meeting or smaller 1 on 1's for more complex features.

We can also join you on discovery calls if the project is for a client of yours.

Discovery sessions will be recorded deposition style and an AI transcription with summary will compliment our personal notes well.

Execution

Once the scope of work is defined and agreed upon, we'll kick off the project.

The scope and budget will determine the team size and project timeline.

Keep tabs on project progress by looking through the scope task progress, releases, and project documentation.

We will also schedule regular progress reviews via video conference or prerecorded so you can watch at your convenience.

Risk Mitigation: If a project changes direction or concludes, a subscription service can be more easily adjusted or terminated without the human resource challenges associated with an employee.

How do I decide what the price should be?

The simple answer is: choose an amount you can afford.

We will work our hardest to deliver value for the amount you choose. Simply put, a higher budget will enable us to complete the work faster.

Think of it like planning a trip: you could drive in a Toyota Corolla, or you could hire a driver and charter a private jet—or anything in between. Either way, you'll get to your destination. In our case, no matter your budget, we will strive to ensure that you feel you got your money's worth, tailoring our services to meet your unique needs and financial circumstances.

Why would I want to subscribe instead of get a project price?

We've worked with many freelancers, SMBs, Agencies, and large global clients. For some, a project price is the way to go. But for ongoing projects, coaching, strategy, support, etc., it just makes sense to offer a monthly subscription to have someone supporting you how and when you need it, at price that doesn't stress out your company.

We're here to help, not obliterate your bank account.

Our services cater to a wide range of clients, including startups, established businesses, freelancers, and anyone seeking strategic guidance, innovative design, or comprehensive development.

How many people will be on the projects?

Kevin Razmus is the lead and brings in additional team members, freelancers, or partners where needed. It all depends on the project.

How do you ensure the quality of the services provided?

We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards. Our team consists of seasoned experts who follow proven methodologies and are committed to delivering top-notch quality in every aspect of our services.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription at any time?

Yes, we understand that business needs may change. Our cancellation policies are designed to be fair and accommodating. Specific details will depend on the terms of your chosen subscription.

Cancelling: You can cancel at any time and your project data will be removed from our systems.

Pausing: Pause at any time and your subscription will be put on hold. We will retain your project data and any in-progress work to be ready when you start the subscription back up.

What if I'm not happy with the results of the service?

Let us know. We will work diligently to make it right. If that is not enough or you no longer see value in what we're doing, pause or cancel your subscription. Its that simple. No HR, exit interviews, or severance packages to worry about.

How do your coaching services differ from the design and development offerings?

Our coaching services focus on guidance, strategy, and mentorship, helping you navigate business challenges and growth. Design and development offerings are more hands-on, involving the actual creation and execution of your project's visual and technical components.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Our services are tailored to the individual needs and time commitments of each client, and therefore, refunds are not offered as resources and personalized insights are expended at the onset of the service.

Keep in mind, you can pause or cancel the subscription any time during the month.
